Project / product related executive management, especially: contracts (negotiation / design / fulfillment), analysis & control of risks, quality & qualification / validation, control of claims & costs, time schedules & progress, supervision of staff, vendors, attention of customer, monitoring of results.

Management of all phases of technical design and production: Feasibility, conceptual / basic / detail design, prototyping / commissioning and serial / commercial production, including all phases of quality assurance & qualification and acceptance tests.

Election of contractors on basis of their evaluated offers. Validation of contractors. Control and report of progress, performance and fulfillment of contract and technical specifications. Early detection of deviations and their solution.
